John Le Boeuf
John Le Boeuf is the Founder and CEO of Inova Solutions. John’s successful business ventures have made him one of the foremost experts on international business development in various industries including healthcare and insurance. As founder and CEO of Inova Solutions and its subsidiary companies, John has spearheaded the company’s expansion across 14 countries on 3 continents. With more than 25 years of senior management experience, John has worked with market-leading companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mutual of Omaha Companies, and Cigna Health Care. He has also been a featured lector for Master’s Degree programs in International Managed Care at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and International Business at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Team, passion and challenge are what drive John today. His philosophies are simple: ‘Good people achieve a lot more together, build a solid company reputation, and go a lot further.’
Kyung Kim is Inova Care’s Regional Head for East Asia and also serves as Country Manager for Cynergy Corporation in Korea where he is primarily responsible for running the company’s daily operations and client management. Kyung is well versed with the healthcare management industry and has worked for global companies such as AIG Life and Life Insurance Company of North America. Kyung completed his graduate studies with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Yonsei University. He has actively participated in developing government programs by serving as an advisor for the Medical Business Division of the Free Economic Zone with the Ministry of Finance and Economics (Korea). Kyung has also worked as a consultant for the Health Care Division of the Korean Institute for Health and Social Affairs and was part of the advisory board of the Hospital Management Division at KIRAMS (Korea Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences, an organization affiliated with the Korean Ministry of Science and Technology).
Marivic Antonio is responsible for Corporate Research and Statistics. Marivic collaborates with clients regarding project requirements and objectives as well as designs research methodologies. Marivic has extensive knowledge of claim operating systems and optimization of workflows as well as market research. Over the past 8 years, Marivic has led the market research team for Inova. Marivic has a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines School of Statistics.
Aimee Dibartolomeo-Cody is the Owner and President of Premier Benefit Plans and also serves as Inova’s Head of Corporate Solutions in the USA. She has immersed herself in all facets of the Employee Benefits Industry including sales, marketing, plan design and creation. Since its inception in 1995, Premier has successfully experienced steady, consistent growth and is now recognized as one of the largest consulting firms in the region that is exclusively focused on employee benefits. Aimee earned an M.A. in International Business from George Washington University and C.W. Post in the area of Business Administration. Prior to joining Premier, she achieved management positions in both sales and risk assessment with Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Rockville, Md. Aimee is a Board Member of The American Red Cross, as well as a volunteer for the American Red Cross on Long Island.
Gordon Jardin is the Global Head of Analytics for Inova Solutions. Gordon has had two decades of senior executive experience, including as CEO and COO in business development in the financial industries, working with healthcare and other types of insurance companies. Gordon is a Fellow and past Board Member of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has been Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of reinsurance companies ‐ Generali USA, Partner Re Life/Winterthur Life Re and Sun Life of Canada and, more recently, the CEO of residential mortgage acquisition and servicing company, Franklin Credit Management Corporation.
Maggie Calimlim-Oglimen is Inova’s Regional Head of Operations for Southeast Asia. In Maggie’s 7 years with Inova she has demonstrated tremendous resolve to meeting and exceeding targeted service level performance. Prior to her new role, Maggie managed the Singapore and Malaysian markets for Inova Care. In the short time Maggie has been in her new role, she has already made several visible improvements to the operations team in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Inova Care, Maggie worked in claim administration and customer care for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield based in the Philippines. She also has vast experience in working with clinics in Asia and the USA for insurance billing.
Kevin Chua is Inova Care’s Regional Head of Distribution (Asia Pacific), responsible for Inova Care’s overall business performance across key operating countries which include business development, client management, new product proposition, digital and direct to consumer strategy. Kevin joined Inova Care in April 2019 bringing with him over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry working with renowned multi-national insurers such as AIA, Chubb, Zurich and AmGeneral Insurance on portfolio which includes Direct and Telemarketing, Digital Marketing, Innovation, Transformation, Affinity Partnership, Proposition Development and Strategic Planning. Kevin’s last position was with AmGeneral Insurance (Malaysia), where he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Digital and Affinity. Kevin’s initiative over the years have earned him recognition and was awarded the Asia Pacific Customer Management Champion by Chubb Asia Pacific and Best Brand Building and Awareness Campaign awarded by Dragon of Asia. Kevin is a Certified Marketer with Chartered Institute Marketing and completed the Digital Marketing Masterclass with Asia Web Academy.
